I hereby apply and agree to be bound by the Association's Constitution and all rules and regulations made under it's Membership. I agree that I am bound by the Association's Ethical Framework, Mechanism and Standards for Responsible Commercial Diplomatic Practice, subject to the Code of Conduct and Practice, and Procedure therein. I confirm that I do not have any unspent criminal convictions (other than for traffic offences); I am not an undischarged bankrupt; and I am not disqualified (by court order or voluntary undertaking) from being a director of any company, diplomat, commercial diplomatist or representative of any country or institution.

I agree that the Association may hold and process all personal and business information which I am supplying with this application form and any further information I supply during the course of my membership. I agree also that the Association of Certified Commercial Diplomats may use my Personal Information as set out in the Association's Private Policy.

I undertake to conduct myself, both publicly and privately, in a professional manner and to uphold the Association's reputation and standing and not to cause embarrasement or distress to other members of the institution, the Council or its official; not to represent publicly the views of the Association or to claim its support, without the consent of the Council (or of an officer or executive of the Association nominated by the Council for such purpose).
