HE Ambassador (Prof) Lisen Bashkurti Ambassador Lisen Bashkurti, President of The Albanian Diplomatic Academy is an Honorary Vice President of Association of Certified Commercial Diplomats. Dr Bashkurti is Rector of Royal Iliria University of Kosovo and also, of International University of Struga Macedonia. He was former Head of the United Nations Bureau at the MFA and Representative of Albania to The Council of Europe, Strasbourg, France. HE Ambassador Sea Kosal C. Dipl His Excellency Ambassador Sea Kosal is a Distinguished Fellow of ACCD and Permanent Representative of the Royal Government of Cambodia to the United Nations. Prior to his appointment, Ambassador Kosal served as Ambassador and Chargé d'Affaires ad interim in his country's Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York since December 2006 and as Deputy Permanent Representative since July 2005.
