![]() ACCD-CDRA Accreditation: Symbol of Proficiency As the primary umbrella-body for all practicing career commercial diplomats, ACCD works closely with diplomatic and academic institutions, institutional regulatory authorities, legislatures, consulting firms, departments for commercial diplomatic service or commercial diplomacy, chambers of commerce, ministries of commerce and industry, trade and investment, foreign trade and international cooperation, agriculture and natural resources, maritime services and industry, and others to ensure that prospective, aspiring and existing experienced unaccredited practitioner-candidates have the appropriate skills-based knowledge to qualify for professional accreditation. Accredited commercial diplomats are uniquely qualified, competent, and skilled practitioners with complete knowledge, integrity and proven ability at the preferred qualifying competency-based level. They are able and professionally accredited to practice, and in return, they train other practitioners at the highest level. Accreditation Requirements QPA, QCD and C.Dipl are recognitions of competency-based specialisms, skills-based knowledge, specialism-based expertise, evidence-based proficiency, capability, suitability, professionalism, an accomplished learned professional, integrity-focused decision-making, integrity-driven policy-making, integrity-inspired judgments and ability, civility, probity, exceptional quality and high-quality standard of professionalism of a qualified, recognised, approved and recommended commercial diplomat, which are only open and available to exceptional individuals who can satisfy the Presidium of the ACCD-CDRA with proven significant commercial diplomatic career progression, impeccable integrity, professionalism and competence. Prospective practitioner-candidates for accreditation and admission to practice shall possess the ability to provide commercial diplomatic service at the senior executive leadership level, convince the Presidium of their immense integrity, professionalism, competency, understanding of the concept, role and macroeconomic analysis of international trade-related policy and commercial-judicial diplomacy, as well as the value-added role and function of an accredited commercial diplomat, produce evidence of civility, professionalism, discipline, and maturity of experience in commercial-judicial diplomatic practice, service, and any field/position which involves, advocates and promotes the advancement of responsible commercial diplomacy, and protect, promote, conserve, enhance, advance, strengthen and safeguard commercial diplomatic integrity, professionalism and standards.
